Projects Successfully Completed

​

• Supplied and Commissioned ‘Vehicular Ultrasonic System with working speed of 40 kmph’ to Indian Railways. This is the first vehicular USFD system which successfully passed bench marking of RDSO and is performing satisfactorily.

• Supply of Hot Spring Coiling Machine (capable of making spring with length up to 800 mm for rail wagons) to Mishra Dhatu Nigam.

• Supply of  Spares (Rotor Assembly, Gear Box, Bushes etc.) for Coke Oven Exhauster model no. 1200-25-2 to Vizag Steel Plant

• Supply of Forged Rolls (weight up to 50 Tons) to Vizag Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel Plant, Rourkela Steel Plant, Bhilai Steel Plant and Durgapur Steel Plant.

• Supply of spare parts of Sinter Machine to Vizag Steel Plant.

• Supply of spare parts of Continuous Casting Machine to Vizag Steel Plant.

• Completed several projects of AT Weld and Flash Butt Weld Testing for RVNL and Metro Railways.

On-going Projects

​

• Supply of 100T Cold Draw Bench to Mishra Dhatu Nigam for processing materials like Stainless Steels, Super alloys containing high nickel / high chromium content, titanium and titanium alloys, maraging steels and duplex steels.

• Supply of 2 units of ‘High Output Ballast Cleaning Machine (HOBCM) with capacity of 900 cubic meter’ to Indian Railways.

​

• Supply, Installation and Commissioning of ‘Vehicular Rail Inspection System’ to Harsco Rail (The system is based on LASER principal which will be used for measurement of Rail Profile including Corrugation and generation of grinding plan for Rail Grinders).

​​

• Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 3 units of ‘Integrated Track Monitoring System (ITMS) with facility of Rail & Track Geometry Measurement, Video Analysis of Track Component, Detection of Infringement in Schedule of Dimension, Acceleration Measurement, Rear Window Recording and Rail Profile Measurement ’ to Indian Railways with operation and maintenance for 7 years. This system is being introduced for the first time on Indian Railways.
